Administrative registration takes place once your application has been accepted and validated. It involves payment of university fees and the issue of a student card.

Registering for the first time at UGA?

There are two administrative registration periods available between July and September 2026

Period 1:

•     July 7 through July 17 (5:00 p.m.) for^first-year (L1) enrollment
•     July 3 through July 17 (5:00 p.m.) for enrollment in the^2nd and^3rd years (L2 and L3)
•     July 2 through July 17 (5:00 p.m.) for enrollment in the^first year of the master's program (M1)
•     From July to July 17 (5:00 p.m.) for enrollment in^{the second year} of the master’s program (M2)

Period 2:

• August 20 through September 11 for^first-year(L1) enrollment 
• August 20 through September 30 for enrollment in the^2nd and^3rd years (L2 and L3)
• August 20 through September 30 for enrollment in the^first year of the master's program (M1)
• August 20 to September 30 for registration in the^2nd year Master's program (M2)

For dual license registrations

Baccalaureate holders enrolling in DOUBLE LICENCE history and classics, art history and modern literature, art history and classics, philosophy and modern literature, philosophy and classics, and musicology and physics. MANDATORY register for the two courses offered during the online administrative registration process.

Re-enrolling at UGA?

Two administrative re-registration periods are also available:

ATTENTION: Students taking exams at the second chance session will not be able to register until the second chance results have been published.

Period 1:

•     July 7 through July 17 (5:00 p.m.) for^first-year (L1) enrollment
