Student card and certificate of attendance

For new students

To pick up your student ID card (starting in late August –for new students only) : delivery of your supporting documents your student card.
Once your documents have been submitted and approved by the UFR ARSH administrative registration office (late July–late August), you can have your card printed by going to the self-service kiosk located in the lobby of the ARSH 1 building.
To renew your card, you will need to present the QR code that will be sent via the Campus UGA app (to be downloaded in advance.) Please note, The self-service terminal will only be available for use from the end of August. no card can be issued in advance (even if your application is complete and your documents validated).

For students re-enrolling at the UFR

If you are re-enrolling at UFR, you don't need to do anything, Your student ID card remains the same
If you need to provide proof of your enrollment at UGA: Your certificate of enrollment is available on LEO or via the Campus app.
PLEASE NOTE: if you lose your student card, you will have to pay €15 to have it replaced.
