Le Cairn, video presentation by SHA students
Since September 2020, the multidisciplinary workshop has been studying the local currency Le Cairn. To round off the first stage of their collaborative work, students in the 3 SHA degree program have summarized their findings in the form of a short video.
in the form of a short video inspired by the Brut videos available on social networks.
In front of the camera, a question-and-answer game goes through the key elements gathered in one or two minutes. The aim is not to build up a communication that enhances the value of money, nor to promote any institution. The interest lies in a spontaneous and extremely brief summary of three months' work.
Six groups of students constructed six angles of attack on the subject:
Group 1: Organizational tensions (Le Cairn association)
Group 2: Definition and identity of Cairn
Group 3: Traffic and conversion problems
Group 4: Tensions, uses and aspirations for Cairn
Group 5: Inclusive and exclusive currency
Group 6: Cairn's monetary support constraints
The next stage of the workshop consists of a creative phase to imagine possible remedies, including the results of the sociological survey. The concepts imagined are described in usage scenarios and will be put to the test of reality.
