Master's degree in history "History, cultures, politics and international exchanges".
The aim of the course is to offer in-depth training in the history of the Middle Ages, whatever the field of research, or the modern or contemporary periods , with a focus on political and cultural mechanisms, as well as transnational dynamics. Local as well as international and global contexts are emphasized, with opportunities for further study in Italy and the rest of Europe (double-diploma agreements, development of the ability to work in another language and environment).
Centered on constantly evolving subjects, from the history of print to that of gender, from the history of migrations to that of religions, from the history of knowledge to that of sensibilities, the courses offer an introduction to the auxiliary sciences of history, such as paleography and the study of images.
Internships are a compulsory part of the course, which includes contacts with archives, libraries and museums in the Isère département (Musée de la Révolution française, Musée Champollion, Musée de l'Ancien Évêché, etc.).
