Parchment diplomas for the 2024-2025 academic year 

Your bachelor’s and master’s diplomas for the 2024–2025 academic year are available and can be picked up at the UFR ARSH reception desk (ARSH 1 building – ground floor)

Procedures for diploma pickup in the following cases:

Pick up on site during reception opening hours (Monday to Wednesday):
Monday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Tuesday: 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.
And by appointment only at other times.

Please present yourself with a valid ID at the UFR reception desk. 

Pick up on site by proxy during reception opening hours (see above)

• Present a handwritten, dated and signed letter of proxy, bearing your name and the identity of the person you have authorized to collect the diploma on your behalf. This letter will be kept by the UFR.
• A copy of your identity card.
• Third party's ID + copy of ID.

Withdrawal by mail :

If it is not possible to collect your diploma in person, you can send it by post, by sending a letter dated and signed by the person concerned, accompanied by the following documents:
> Collection request form to be completed and returned with the supporting documents requested below for dispatch of the diploma by recorded delivery with acknowledgement of receipt:

• Photocopy of a valid official identity document (both sides).
• 1 reinforced A4 envelope, with your name and address, stamped at the current rate for registered mail with acknowledgement of receipt.
  Please note: mail-in request envelope, stamped with a single valid stamp (without registered mail), and place inside this 1st envelope, the 2nd envelope, stamped with the current registered mail rate, with an unstamped registered mail receipt).
• 1 fully completed acknowledgement of receipt form (available from post offices) (your name and address in the recipient section; the name and address of UGA/UFR Arts et Sciences Humaines in the sender section)
