Create your internship agreement

Step 1: Gather the information and documents you need for your agreement.

  • To help you gather the information you need to enter your agreement, download the "Memo for entering an agreement".
  • Check that you have a certificate of civil liability insurance, which is mandatory in order to sign the agreement, and which must show your full name and the dates you took out the policy.
  • Who is your referent teacher? A teacher in your department whom you have contacted, and who accepts the assignment.

If you are planning to do an internship in one of the ARSH departments, please contact the internship department beforehand to draw up an internship agreement.

Step 2 : enter your internship agreement on the PStage

Log on to the Pstage application: PStage
In the application, go to the left-hand menu "Conventions de stage/créer une convention" and search for the company by name or SIRET number.
If your host company is not listed in the application, ask for it to be created in the "Need help" section, by completing the "Request help" form.To request the creation of a facility, please complete the online form"
If the place of work placement is a public establishment, ask your tutor for details of the person legally responsible for signing.
Fill in the fields on the various tabs until you reach final registration, then generate the internship agreement in pdf format (print out your agreement).

Step 3: Print out your agreement, then have it signed in the following order:

- Yourself
- Your teacher at UFR ARSH
- The tutor and the person in charge of the host organization (see memo for entering an agreement)

To save time, you can circulate the convention by e-mail.

Step 4: Send your liability insurance certificate and agreement to the following addressarsh-stages@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr, at least 10 days before the start of your course.
The internship department, after checking the validity of the agreement, takes charge of the final signature by the director of the ARSH UFR.

ATTENTION: you cannot start the internship before all parties have signed the agreement.. So make sure you anticipate as much as possible the steps you'll need to take to draw up your internship agreement.
