Transfer departure

Would you like to register at another university? You need to request a transfer of your administrative file, which will be sent to your current university.
As soon as you have been accepted at the university of your choice, submit a transfer application file containing the following documents:

• Transfer / departure request form (25-26)
• Quitus from the library (online form available on Beluga)

As a reminder, a request to transfer a file does not mean that you have been accepted by a university; you must have applied to the institution beforehand.

Applications for university transfers must be submitted from mid-June onwards, after publication of the results for year 1.^re session.
Please note: this transfer will only be made once to a single establishment. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Arrival transfer

You have been accepted for a course at the ARSH UFR and you come from another French university (whatever your level, Bachelor's or Master's).
Once you have completed your administrative registration at UGA in early July, you can complete the document transfer / arrival from UGA (25-26) and have it endorsed by writing to arsh-transfert@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr and send it to your home university, which will then forward your academic file directly to us.
