Applications

An information meeting is organized every year in September.

Applications are made via a form which opens from October 15 to November 17.
Please note: at UFR ARSH, mobility is only authorized for students in their 3rd year of the Licence program.

Please note:
Erasmus+ and non-European applications are made on the same form.
You can make up to 6 requests (3 requests maximum for partnerships managed by the UGA, which must be placed before requests for partnerships managed by the UFR ARSH).
A list of courses signed by the head of your course of study must be provided for all requests.

The 2027–2028 application form will be available on the international study mobility portal starting in October 2026

Selection criteria : 

The selection process takes three criteria into account: 
  • the student's academic level
  • the student's project and motivation
  • the student's language level (proof of language level required for all applications; please check the levels required by partner universities)

 Starting conditions : 

  • Enrolment atUniversité Grenoble Alpes (UGA) is compulsory in the year of application.
  • Your application must be complete and comply with any deadline communicated by your component and/or the UGA Mobility Department.
  • To have been selected by the UGA for a study exchange at a partner university.
  • Have been accepted by a host university.
  • Have completed the current academic year.
  • You must have been accepted for your course at the UGA in line with your application for mobility (e.g.: you are applying for a M1 in History during your L3 in History: you must pass your L3 and be accepted for the M1 in History).
  • Finalize your administrative registration at UGA before your departure.
  • Comply with the immigration regulations of the host country.
