How to apply?

Appointments 


You should contact your university, which will then get in touch with us.
Once your university has received the nominations, we will send you the online application procedures.
Your application and your future study contract will be checked, then the ARSH UFR will confirm your acceptance by e-mail.

Calendar 

For 1st semester or full-year mobilities 

  • Nominations received from partner universities: by April 30
  • Student application form: until May 30 
  • Confirmation of your acceptance at UFR ARSH: until June 14

For 2nd semester mobilities 

  • Nominations received from partner universities: by September 30
  • Student application form: until October 15 
  • Confirmation of your acceptance at UFR ARSH: until November 12

Documents to be provided when applying online 

  • Learning agreement/contrat d'études
  • Curriculum vitae
  • Cover letter
  • Certificate of French level
  • Transcript (university studies)

It is essential to provide all the documents requested and to respect deadlines.
