Incoming student calendar

Integration week 

A welcome/integration week is organized by UGA at the beginning of each semester.
The program will be sent to selected students.
This program lists the various mandatory meetings and activities organized by the InteGRe student association.
When you arrive, you'll need to complete your administrative registration in order to access our various services and receive your student card. An appointment will be proposed to you by e-mail.

1st semester 


1st semester courses start in September and finish in December. 
Exams are held in January. 
Transcripts of records are sent by e-mail in March.

2nd semester 


2nd semester courses start in January and finish in April. 
The exams take place in May.
Transcripts of records are sent by e-mail in June/July.

Please note that a make-up exam session is organized in June for the 1st and 2nd semesters.
